Rhonda K. Kotarinos, PT, DPT

Dr. Rhonda Kotarinos received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois, Chicago in 1974. She began her professional career as a staff physical therapist in a hospital acute care physical therapy department. Her clinical experience grew to include responsibilities in hospital administration, eventually becoming the director of a physical therapy department. In 1980, she went into private practice where she remains today. In 1989, Rhonda completed her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University with a specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She served the American Physical Therapy Association as President of the Section on Women’s Health for 7 years. This experience heightened her interest in pelvic floor dysfunction, where she currently concentrates her clinical, educational and research responsibilities. Rhonda lectures and publishes internationally, and is an active member of the American Urogynecologic Society, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, The International Association for the Study of Pain, The American Pain Society, International Myopain Society, International Continence Society and the International Pelvic Pain Society. Rhonda has also completed the Trigger Point Dry Needling course at Andrews University.

Elizabeth A. Kotarinos, PT, DPT

Dr. Elizabeth Kotarinos is a 2009 graduate of the University of Southern California where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Elizabeth has served as a Junior Research Assistant for Loyola University Medical Center and RML Specialty Hospital as well as a Lab Assistant for The American Urogynecologic Society and the International Pelvic Pain Society. Additionally, Elizabeth is Rhonda's Teaching Assistant during lectures. She has also met the requirements through Andrews University to include dry needling in her practice. Currently, Elizabeth serves as a Board Director for the Chicagoland Pelvic Floor Research Consortium and is a fundraising committee member for the International Pelvic Pain Society.

Bertha Golem, PT, DPT

Dr. Bertha Golem received her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2002 and 2005, respectively. Bertha completed her clinical training with Rhonda Kotarinos and began working with patients with pelvic floor disorders at Loyola University Medical Center's outpatient clinic and Pelvic Pain program. She has experience treating a variety of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions and has mentored medical and DPT students. She is a member of the International Pelvic Pain Society and Chicagoland Pelvic Floor Research Consortium which she also served as a board member of from 2011-2014.

Victoria Yeisley, DPT

Dr Victoria Yeisley received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2005; during her undergraduate time, she studied Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne in Australia for a semester abroad. Victoria went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2008. She has enhanced her skills through various pelvic floor specific training with the Herman & Wallace Rehabilitation Institute, with Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine in manual medicine, and extensive training in trigger point dry needling. Victoria has been treating pelvic floor dysfunction exclusively since 2008 and her passion lies in taking a holistic, individualized approach towards restoring muscle function. She is also an advocate for pelvic floor education and awareness and currently works with the National Association for Continence as a member of the PT advisory board as well as being an active member of the International Pelvic Pain Society, American Physical Therapy Association and the Chicagoland Pelvic Floor Research Consortium.

Eileen Huffman MS, DPT

Dr. Eileen Huffman has earned a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from Benedictine University in addition to a Master and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University. Eileen has been involved in research publications in addition to presented several professional lectures. Her extensive education and years of clinical experience have helped her to develop expertise in orthopedics, lymphedema and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
